CHA Point is an award-winning Australian bubble tea and dessert brand that introduced something the country had never seen: a self-serve bubble tea experience set inside a club-inspired lounge.

CHA Point started with a simple but bold idea: what if ordering bubble tea felt like an event? Not a counter transaction, but an experience you could own from start to finish.
We looked at Sydney's youth culture and saw a gap. Bubble tea was everywhere, but the ritual of making it was hidden behind the counter. We brought that ritual out into the open, giving customers a cup and the freedom to build their own drink in a space designed to be worth hanging around in.
The result was Australia's first self-serve bubble tea concept, a lounge where you pour your own tea, pick your own toppings, and stay as long as you like. Since then, CHA Point has grown to four locations across Sydney, each one designed to be a destination.
